to ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit/debit card. Authorized credit/debit card and current information are required to secure bookings. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

 

 

it is customary to provide your therapist 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. to ensure a serene environment in our spa, please turn off your cell phone or beeper upon arrival. Also, no children allowed under the age of 12 without prior approval.

 

 

contraindications as part of our commitment to the safety of all clients. if you have a serious illness of any type, we ask that you get a doctor's referral or bring a Rx.
