Appointment and Cancellation policy
To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations in advance. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit/debit card. Authorized credit/debit card and current information are required to secure bookings. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Gift card policy
You can buy Halo Med & Wellness Spa gift cards online, by phone (504.328.5555) or at our location. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. You cannot use one gift card to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Halo Med & Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Web purchased gift cards expire automatically at 99 days.
